Kids are also welcome!\n\nTake a 1 hr yoga class led by the Progress Center for Black Women’s Mindful Movement Ambassador, Keena Atkinson ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a-Xnu26CM9k&t=1s ). From our downtown hub, the Progress Center is providing co-working space, education, events, and sisterhood to our community.\nAbout Dragonfly Hot Yoga\nWith 4 locations in the area, Dragonfly Hot Yoga has been serving the Madison community since 2011! Dragonfly is a hot yoga studio that also offers non-heated yoga, barre and fitness classes. Dragonfly welcomes everyone and believes yoga is for Every Shape, Every Size, Every Person.\nAbout Progress Center X Dragonfly partnership\nOur intention for this kick-off event is to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for women and men of color to introduce them to the healing benefits of yoga.
