DESCRIPTION:The Progress Center for Black Women and Dragonfly Hot Yoga are partnering to provide this gender-inclusive space to folks who identify as Black, Indigenous, or other people of color.\nYoga will be led by the Center’s Mindful Movement Ambassador Keena Atkinson.\nPlease note that this yoga session is hot yoga. It’s suggested that you wear light and comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and towel.
