(In Person) Social: Book Club Launch + Cookie Decorating w/ Miss Ella’s Cake Bar

We’re kicking off our book club with “The Memo: What Women of Color Need to Know to Secure a Seat at the Table” by Minda Harts.  Thanks to the Madison Public Library we’ll have a limited number of copies to share with book club members at no cost.  

You’ll also have the opportunity to decorate book club-themed cookies with Miss Ella’s Cake Bar.  Guests will decorate up to 4 cookies and take home 3 pre-decorated cookies. COVID-19 SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: Per Public Health Madison Dane County order, everyone is required to wear a face-covering or mask in any enclosed space open to the public and will be enforced at all indoor Progress Center for Black Women gatherings. Individuals experiencing symptoms of sickness are asked to please not attend in person.
